Welcome to TWISI’s Toronto Fringe Festival Coverage 2012! I am so excited to announce a brand new feature on The Way I See It this year. I have offered up a challenge to all the theatre companies presenting shows in the Fringe Festival this year asking each one to provide me with a unique and creative promotional venture that I could post on the blog to get all my readers really psyched for the Toronto Fringe and to make their pitch to the Fringe audiences why their show should be on the top of everyone’s MUST SEE list.
I know from experience that, as much as one might want to, it is impossible to see every single show in the Toronto Fringe, so the pressure is on for these artists to rake up as much publicity for their shows as possible. Here is where you come in. There will be a wide array of imaginative, clever, savvy, catchy, weird and wonderful promotional Fringe videos, blogs, stories, poems, songs and who knows what else posted on TWISI from now until July 15th, and I need YOU to help me PICK THE BEST ONE!
